In 2012, the seeds of transformation were sown when “Sparx Rural & Urban Development Societies” (SRUDS) was established with a vision to empower unemployed youth through the acquisition of essential computer skills. Our journey has been marked by a relentless commitment to fostering skill development and creating opportunities for individuals seeking employment across diverse sectors.

In response to the increasing demand for a variety of skills, SRUDS has expanded its footprint by establishing more centres across different locations. Each centre is equipped to deliver high-quality training courses that are not only in line with industry demands but also designed to empower individuals with the practical skills necessary for success.

Your Trusted Skill Training Partner

In developing efficient skill developing a centre, which aligns with industry demands and train work force accordingly to meet their sustainable livelihoods, through a network of quality trainers and infrastructure available.  

With the current 5 operational training centres, and expansion to another 20 new centres, would help us in reaching an average yearly target of 20,000 trainees with providing placements. This would translate to hundred thousand placements through a period of 5 years from now. 

These targeted skill development programmes reaches below poverty line and disadvantaged, in order to support and create a social awareness among youth, on the value of skill training and sustainability.
